    On April 2nd, David attended the New York premiere of his film My Blueberry Nights (2008). Over thirty-five high quality images from the premiere are in the Photo Galleries. More media content from the premiere will be coming soon. Don't miss these!
      Updated Calendar of Events for April, Racing Daylight (2007) page updated (Filmography), a terrific Eight Men Out 20th anniversary featurette has been added to the Media section and great screen captures from it, as well as several more production stills, are in the Photo Galleries.
      Note: A Tale of Two Sisters (2008) has been renamed to The Uninvited. New Photo of the Moment and Clip of the Moment, a new (old) press junket interview for Good Night, And Good Luck (2005) can be watched in the Media section and screen captures from it, as well as two new event images, are in the Photo Galleries.
      News articles, reviews, and a Theatre/DS Interview are in the Press Room, a great radio interview David recently did with Richard Nelson (Conversations in Tusculum) is in the Media section, and a few more Conversations in Tusculum production stills have been added to the Photo Galleries.
  News updated on a DVD release, added another trailer for My Blueberry Nights (2008) and two game trailers for The Spiderwick Chronicles (2008) to the Media section and several more career stills, including a great onset exclusive picture from Eight Men Out (thanks to Norma!), are in the Photo Galleries.
  
    Note: On June 14, 2008, the Indiana Medical History Museum will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of John Sayles's 1988 baseball film Eight Men Out, since a scene was shot at the Museum with other filming taking place around other sites in Indianapolis. The celebration will include a bus tour, a round robin tournament of six vintage baseball teams, and an outdoor showing of the film with presentations from baseball historians. If you live in the area, public programs director Norma Erickson would like to encourage residents to take part in the event.
