David was onhand to present Grant Heslov with the Stanley Kramer Award for Good Night, And Good Luck, along with George Clooney. During Heslov's speech, the award reportedly fell from the podium but was caught just in time by Clooney. Heslov also, jokingly, made reference to Warner Bros. and how the company was originally hesitant about the project with David's name attached as the lead. The ceremony also included dinner for reserved guests and attendees.Related Links:
