Synopsis: The tale of transcontinental Chicago-Beijing flights and calls between the author opening his play in Chicago and his visits to his school-age children in the capital of China in 1998-1999. If that sounds a bit frantic/frenetic, know that the play veers from rhyming snoop-doggy-doggerel, to Mongolian cadences, to the quietest communication between family members trying to talk to each other across the void and veld of the globalized Asiatic village.

Notes:
